Lara Bridges

Lara  has a bachelor degree from The University of Idaho and she graduated from our massage program in 2018 and loves being a massage therapist. She is recently licensed to be a Holistic Life coach and is excited to help her clients on a different level. Lara has 3 amazing children. She grew up in sunny San Diego,  California. She misses the beach but fell in love with the Utah mountains. She also works as the Office Manager for SUAHA, and Southern Utah Wellness Group, which shares office space with SUAHA. Lara knows the many benefits to massage and chiropractic care and is committed to helping everyone get the best service.
