Southern Utah Academy of Healing Arts (SUAHA) is a massage therapy school based in Cedar City, Utah, created to prepare you for a successful career in the growing field of massage therapy.
Our nine-month intensive training program has been developed with a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, pathology, assessment skills for common muscular problems, and training in advanced and diverse massage techniques to meet a variety of clinical applications.
At SUAHA you will:

Become proficient in a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish massage, craniosacral therapy, clinical & rehabilitative therapy, Thai massage, and more

Develop a strong foundation of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, postural analysis, and medical terminology.

Acquire 850 hours of classroom time, hands on massage training and clinical massage

Grow a client base while working in our student clinic to build upon when you complete your program

Learn how to effectively build a massage therapy business, including marketing, client assessment, ethics, taxes, bookkeeping, time management and business planning

PROGRAM DETAILS
Southern Utah Academy of Healing Arts offers a comprehensive, 850-Hour massage therapy training program focused on clinical and rehabilitative therapy. Our program prepares you for a career in private practice, spa setting, or working in the diverse professional health care fields of injury rehabilitation and medical massage therapy.

As an added benefit to help launch your career, our tuition includes four sets of linens for you to use in your own practice, as well as the fees for the MBLEX exam and your first year Utah State Massage Therapy License. We offer flexible interest-free, in-house financing options for those who qualify.
